Spam is becoming an increasing problem for all internet users that's a well known fact. However at AGL-Host we are actively working with 3rd parties to help protect all our users from annoying spam emails! - so that everyone can enjoy a hassle free easy to use email system.

We have now installed BoxTrapper & Spam Assassin on all boxes. By default they are both currently disabled on all current account, however you can enable them for your email account by logging to your Cpanel and select "Mail". Spam Assassin helps to block spam, however on its own is not be best solution, when used with BoxTrapper this will help to block almost every spam email.

In our opinion BoxTrapper is a great feature to help block unwanted spam. It protects your inbox from spam by forcing all people not on your white list to reply to a verification email before they can send mail to you.
