For a period yesterday evening Marvin server was offline due to a cyber attack on a clients website.
We have successfully isolated the website being attacked and all services are back online as normal.
Thank you for your patience and understanding.
We appear to be having issue with a router which is causing some packet loss when connecting to Marvin server.
Please be rest assured that we are working to resolve this ASAP.
On Saturday 30th Oct we will be moving the following servers into a new rack:
> Zen
> Hal
We expect the downtime for each server to be no more than 20 minutes. Apologies for any inconveniences caused.
On Sunday 3rd Oct at 12am – our network provider will be performing maintenance on their core router.
This is expected to take around 15-20 minutes. During this time the following servers will be offline:
> Hal
> Zen
> Kryten
> Holly
We have currently experiencing network issues which are affecting multiple servers:
Zen
Hal
Kryten
We are working to resolve this issue ASAP. At the moment we have no ETA on this issue. Updates will follow shortly.

We have now resolved this issue. Apologies for any issues caused.
We today had an outage on Zen server. This has now been resolved, service is resumed as normal.
We are currently running maintenance on one of the name servers (ns5) for Zen server.
This will affect customers using the following name servers: ns5/ns6
You web hosting service will remain uninterrupted, however may appear slightly slower while we are running maintenance. Thank You.

We are currently having some connection issues with our iMail server.
We are expecting the issue to be resolved within the next hour. All emails received will NOT be lost during this period as we have our backup mail server holding all incoming emails until the iMail issue is resolved.
Apologies for any problems caused, we are working to resolve this ASAP.
This box will be going down at 5am BST tomorrow for a RAM upgrade. We don’t expect this to take longer than 30 minutes.
Apologies for any inconvenience this may cause, but it will improve the server’s stability quite a bit.
